Brian T. Rosenbaum
Brian Rosenbaum*, is a Certified Financial Planner'” and a Principal with Melnick Rosenbaum Wealth Management, a financial services and employee benefits practice in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Melnick Rosenbaum Group is an affiliate of MRG Financial LLC. Brian is committed to helping his clients identify and achieve their financial goals. He specializes in portfolio design and customized retirement income distribution strategies. In addition to investment planning, Brian works to help clients understand their personal exposure to various financial risks. Risk management coupled with discovering clients’ core values allows for the creation of holistic financial plans designed to meet their needs.
Brian is a member of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and a perennial qualifier of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He is a past NAIFA executive board member and is now in his 15th year in the financial services community. Brian became a Registered Principal of HTK and the Securities Specialist at our firm in 2002. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Washington State, he earned his Certified Financial Planner designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards in 2005. In both 2011 and 2012, Brian was honored by Baltimore Magazine as one of their Five Star Wealth Managers. Brian’s emphasis on educating and empowering clients has lead to a growing financial planning practice supported by referrals from clients, and his strategic partners.
A native of Montana, Brian came to Baltimore in 1995. He resides in Hunt Valley and has two children, Emily (age 13) and Andrew (age10). Brian is passionate about his family, friends and building and maintaining relationships with his clients.
Five years ago, Brian and Gary Melnick began working together in a partnership that would evolve into the Melnick-Rosenbaum Wealth Management. In 2012, Melnick-Rosenbaum Group became affiliated with MRG Financial LLC, a company that Gary and Brian founded and co-own. Brian and Gary put their
combined experience and passion to work as they protect and advise clients on their most critical insurance and investment programs. Emphasizing a multi-generational approach, they strive to build long lasting relationships centered on trust, integrity and mutual respect. As they have expanded their staff and grown their skills, Brian and Gary’s ultimate goal is to advise clients on growing and conserving wealth, and in helping them to meet their unique financial goals.
